Here at Carlisle Customs & Classics (CCC), we are an awarding winning dedicated automotive restoration and custom builder, with a national following of customers who send their prized custom, classic, antique, and exotic cars, trucks, and motorcycles to receive a wide array of automotive services. We provide a one-stop-shop for customers who can trust our team to do everything from locate a vehicle for them to build, to smaller repairs on original or previously restored vehicles, to full frame-off restorations, custom built street rods, resto-mods, and coach builds. Currently at CCC our team of craftsman are working on over twenty large scale restorations and custom builds, ranging from a 1935 Bugatti inspired one-off coach build, to all original restorations on one-owner vehicles and family heirlooms, to resto-mod Corvettes, Mustangs, and Trucks, to street rods, to modern American Muscle. We are willing to compensate and assist in relocation costs for qualified candidates. Carlisle Customs & Classics is located in beautiful central Pennsylvania, right outside of Carlisle, home to Carlisle Events where hundreds of thousands of car enthusiast come from all over the world to attend the world's largest automotive swap meet and several car shows throughout the spring and summer months. This area is great for raising a family, with reasonable real estate prices, lower cost of living, great schools, and very low crime rates. Carlisle and Harrisburg have a number of restaurants, theaters, museums, and shopping. Having relocated the shop here from Brooklyn, New York over twenty-years ago, Vinny will vouch for the fact that the laid back and relaxed pace is an adjustment from city life, but is an adjustment that is easy to embrace.

Ability to strip original seats, preserve necessary hardware for patterning and construction

Block sanding fillers and primers
High temperature body filler work for frames and parts to be powder coated
Experience in creating flawless foundation and seamless gaps
Prepared to HAND block sand all surfaces at least three times before final paint
Ability to properly prepare and tape vehicle for paint
Apply primer and sealers to body and parts
Apply stock paint applications
Apply Kandy, Pearl, and Tri-Stage paint applications

Apply flames, ghost flames, and other graphics

Ability to disassemble original vehicle in order to preserve and inventory parts

Ability to use ultimate care when reassembling vehicle
Detailing, buffing, and final inspection of vehicle
Engine tune-up and top end rebuilding
Removing engine and components to prepare for engine rebuilder
Installing rebuilt engine and new or refurbished components
Installing crate engines
Installing modern engines and components in classic and antique vehicles
Designing engine mounts, headers, and other components to accommodate engine swaps
Removing transmissions to be sent to rebuilders
Installing transmission (original or aftermarket)
